Refund policy
60-Day Delivery Guarantee
Qrain guarantees delivery for all orders.
If your order is not successfully delivered within 60 days from the date of shipment, please email us at admin@qrainpen.com with your order number.
After confirming with the carrier that the package has not been delivered due to non-customer reasons, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method.
Returns
1. Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return:
The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
It must be in the original packaging with all accessories, manuals, and tags (if any).
Your return request must be made within 30 days of delivery.
We also require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. All returns must be arranged directly with Qrain via email: admin@qrainpen.com.
2. Non-Returnable / Non-Refundable Items
Several types of goods cannot be returned or refunded:
Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, newspapers, magazines)
Intimate or sanitary goods
Hazardous materials
Flammable liquids or gases
Additional non-returnable items:
Gift cards
Downloadable/digital products (including digital downloads, software, e-books, printable files, etc.)
Some health and personal care items
Free shipping items / products explicitly marked as “no returns”
Sale items / clearance items
Items with incorrect or incomplete delivery information provided by the customer
Shipping fees for all orders
There are certain situations where only partial refunds may be granted (if applicable):
Books with obvious signs of use
Any opened CD, DVD, VHS tape, cassette tape, software, video game, or vinyl record
Any item not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
Any item returned more than 30 days after delivery
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item, and we will confirm whether your refund is approved or rejected.
If approved:
Your refund will be processed within a reasonable timeframe.
A credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.
Shipping costs are non-refundable for all orders.
If return shipping is prepaid by Qrain, the cost of return shipping may be deducted from your refund.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received your refund yet, please:
Check your bank account again.
Contact your credit card company – it may take 3–30 days for the refund to be officially posted, depending on your bank.
Contact your bank – there is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you have done all of the above and still have not received your refund, please contact us at admin@qrainpen.com.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please email us at admin@qrainpen.com with:
Your order number
Photos or videos showing the defect or damage
We will provide instructions for the exchange after reviewing your case.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received and approved, a gift certificate will be emailed or mailed to you.
If the item was not marked as a gift, or the order was shipped to the gift giver first and then given to you, the refund will be sent to the gift giver, and they will be informed of the return.
How to Start a Return
To start a return, please:

The name of the item you want to return
The reason for return
2.Wait for our response with:
Photos or videos if the item is damaged or defective
Return approval (if applicable)
Return address
Any additional instructions
Return Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping (if prepaid by Qrain) may be deducted from your refund.
If you are shipping an item valued at over $75, we strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. Qrain does not guarantee that we will receive your returned item without tracking.
