1. How are shipping fees calculated?

Shipping fees are calculated based on:

The weight/volume of your order

The shipping destination

The final shipping cost will be shown at checkout before you complete your payment.

2. Are taxes included in the shipping cost?

Taxes, customs duties, and other import-related charges are not included in the shipping cost or product price. Depending on your country or region, you may be required to pay additional fees as outlined below.

Customs Clearance Fees

If the value of your goods exceeds the local tax-free threshold, a customs or clearance fee may be charged. The threshold amount varies by country, and the fee is calculated according to the applicable local tax rules. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Import VAT (for EU countries and the UK)

Import VAT may be charged when the value of the goods is higher than the local duty-free limit. The tax-free threshold and VAT rate differ from country to country, and the VAT is applied based on the national tax rate. This cost must also be paid by the customer.

Customs Duty

When the value of the goods exceeds the duty-free allowance, customs duty may be charged in addition to any clearance fees and import VAT. All such charges are borne by the customer.

Note: If a product is returned for reasons not related to quality, any customs duties already paid, as well as the return shipping costs, will be the responsibility of the customer.

3. What happens to customs fees if I return an item for non-quality reasons?

If a product is returned due to non-quality reasons (such as change of mind, wrong size, or personal preference):

·  Previously charged customs duties, import taxes, and return shipping costs

·  Will be borne by the customer

4. Can I use an express locker or pickup point as my address?

To avoid delivery issues, we recommend using your actual residential or business address.
In some cases, using express lockers or special pickup points may increase the risk of failed delivery.
For system compatibility, the address line in English may need to be kept within about 30 characters, depending on carrier requirements.

5. What countries do you ship to?

If you can successfully place an order at checkout and your country is available in the address options, it means we can ship to your location.
If your region is not supported, the system will usually prevent checkout, or you can contact us for confirmation.

6. When will my order be processed and shipped?

Orders are usually processed within 72 hours after payment is received.

Weekends and public holidays are excluded. Orders placed during these times will be processed starting from the next working day.
If you need help before shipment (e.g., address change or order adjustment), please contact us as soon as possible.

7. What is the estimated delivery time?

All orders are shipped from our Asia warehouse.

The typical delivery time is 7–35 business days, depending on:

Your destination country/region

Logistics route and local postal service efficiency

Note: This estimate does not include customs clearance time. Remote or rural areas may require additional days.

8. How can I track my order?

You can track your order by following these steps:

1.Log in to your Qrain account.

2.Go to My Account → My Orders.

3.Select the order you want to track.

4.Open the order details page.

5.Find the tracking link or tracking number under the logistics/notes section.

6.Click the link or use the number on the carrier’s website to view updates.

Important Notes:

Shipping times can differ due to reasons including customs inspections, weather conditions, public holidays, or other unexpected events. If your parcel has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, please contact us for support.
Tracking details may require up to 2 days to be updated in the courier’s system. If the information is not visible right away, please try checking again after 24 hours.
