    Super sets

    Love that I could purchase the orange family of colors for a monarch butterfly painting and not have to get all those colors that I don’t need. The markers are great… They write smoothly, have a nice flow the entire time. You can use them upright with care for more delicate and fine lines, or you can use them on their sides to fill in large areas. They blend very nicely and dry fast!

    This whole line is phenomenal – I’ve gotten really into acrylic paint pens as a way to get back into art and can’t recommend these more as a top fave:
    – great control of paint flow – not too much and not too little that I feel like I’m constantly shaking it
    – colors are accurate and paint is opaque after 1-2 layers
    – dries quickly enough for my adhd brain LOL
    – I’ve purchased like every color but will be a regular repurchaser

    Good quality but colors don't really match

    They are acrylic paint markers, they function well and they’re easy to use. The ink goes on well and the color is solid. Some ink gets on the outside of the pen, but no major leaks or drips.
    Durability wise, they hold up just fine after a month.
    The colors don’t really match the swatches or indicator caps so do a color check before using them on your project

    I’m not an artist so I can’t comment on that area. But as someone who has used markers like this for years I think these are great. Colors are excellent, tips are good. None were dry. Some colors darkened slightly after they dried. Not important unless you are using these for art purposes. For the price they can’t be beat.

    I had some scratches and some nicks to cover up on some cabinets that I’d painted a while back and there was a very nice selection of colors in this package. They covered the scratches and things up nicely.

Our 30-day refund policy ensures shoppers receive their orders in perfect condition or can return them for a refund within 30 days of delivery.

Simply return your unused item(s) in its original packaging,once the returned merchandise arrives back in Qrain’s warehouse for inspection, the refund process will begin.

Refunds will be issued once the item arrives at our warehouse. The refund will be credited back using the same method as when your initial order was made. Processing time typically takes 3-7 working days.

  • Returns must include all accessories
  • Item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging
  • For non-quality related warranty claims, buyer is responsible for shipping costs
  • For non-quality related warranty claims, Qrain refunds the cost of the product itself
  • Returns may be rejected if items do not meet the above requirements

Items not eligible for a refund:

• Orders received over 30 days ago (store credit will be issued, instead)

Exchange:

Qrain will replace damaged or defective items. If you need to exchange your item for the same product, contact us via email: admin@qrainpen.com

Defective Product Policy

If you have a quality issue to report, you can write us an email at admin@qrainpen.com and we will suggest you solutions.All purchases have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you have received it. To be eligible for a return, refund, or replacement, your item must be in the same condition you received it. Returns require the following:

  • your order number
  • your receipt or proof of purchase
  • photos of the product, if defective
  • your shipping address

Refunds （if applicable）:

We offer refund/replacement only once we have received the product. It generally takes up to 10 working days for the refund to process. Refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

How do I return my product?

If the package is returned due to failure to process customs duties in time, we will charge 40% of the shipping fee

Regarding the Shipping Costs in Returns:

i. For quality-related warranty claims, Qrain is responsible for shipping costs.

ii. For non-quality related returns/exchanges, the shipping costs must be covered by the buyer.

iii. If the return is caused by the consumer, consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose.

iv. If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or not correct, and the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason.

v. No restocking fee to be charged to the consumers for the return of a product.  

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
