    Love the colors!

    I love the color of these and the flow. Only problem I have is if your not using them on a regular basis they seem to get dry and not produce the ink flow as good as they do when first used.

    The good things just don't last

    I really like these paint pens. The colors are cool, except the red, which is orange. The opacity is great, one coat coverage. The only drawback is their short lifespan. OI only used them twice to embellish a couple birthday cards and they started drying up on me. But they were nice while they lasted.🙂

    Smooth and good coverage

    I got these as a crafter because I will use them in so many ways. I had just gotten these delivered when I already needed them for a project. I am very pleased with how well they did. They covered the area excellently, dried well, and the finished project looked fabulous.

    I also like the variety of colors. I know I will be using these paint pens for so many things, from arts and crafts to lettering projects to even touch-up/repair for items. I am very happy with these and would definitely order them again.

There are 12 pens and the colors are nice and vibrant. I would consider the markers fine to extra fine in size. You need to shake the pen and then press down on the tip several times for the paint to load. I ordered these to paint rocks to hide around my town. This is a big thing where I live and it is fun painting pictures for kiddos to find.

    These pens are a great price and I highly recommend them! A definite 5 out of 5!

    Smooth, Gorgeous, Shiny!

    Could not be more pleased with these paint markers!!! They have a great metallic shine to them, and the colors are GORGEOUS. They write very smoothly and I love the fine tips, so they’re easy to write cursive with (or print). Love them!!!

    Bright shiny metallic color markers with fine points

    These metallic markers are cool. Each marker is individually wrapped for freshness. The colors are similar to the color of the pen. You get 12 pens and the colors are vibrant. The fine tips are good for highlights and detail work. You need to shake the pen and then press down on the tip to get the paint to load. I use these for painting rocks and they work well, especially as highlights on designs drawn with non-metallic markers. Recommended.

    Nice Paint Pens

    I like these pens, but they don’t really work on wood as advertised. I had to keep “priming” the pens on paper or something before it would continue to dispense ink on the wood. And the glitter didn’t go on the wood as well as when I used these on paper. But they are really nice and pretty. I like them a lot.

    Worked as expected

    These are water-based so I question how long it will be waterproof. The colors look nice. They are wider tipped. Might try them in my cutting machine as they are nicer colors than the ones from the machine manufacturer. Will see if these come in a fine point.

    Hoping the ink stays wash after wash as I got these to add names to mugs and tumblers.

    they hold up well without fading

    The colors are rich and metallic, adding a beautiful shine to my crafts. The extra fine tips are excellent for detailed designs and writing, and the markers work well on different surfaces like wood and fabric. I’ve also used them for festival crafts, and they hold up well without fading.

    These are a whole lot of fun and mark great on dark and light surfaces. If you kind of rub them off a little after marking, the final result looks much more realistic than when it’s just painted on.

If the shipping address is in the United States and choose the US warehouse, the order will be shipped from the US warehouse and it is expected to be delivered within 3-7 business days (shipping time based on the distance).

If the shipping address is in Europe and choose the EU warehouse, the order will be shipped from the EU warehouse and it is expected to be delivered within 5-15 business days (shipping time based on the distance) .

Our 30-day refund policy ensures shoppers receive their orders in perfect condition or can return them for a refund within 30 days of delivery.

Simply return your unused item(s) in its original packaging,once the returned merchandise arrives back in Qrain’s warehouse for inspection, the refund process will begin.

Refunds will be issued once the item arrives at our warehouse. The refund will be credited back using the same method as when your initial order was made. Processing time typically takes 3-7 working days.

  • Returns must include all accessories
  • Item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging
  • For non-quality related warranty claims, buyer is responsible for shipping costs
  • For non-quality related warranty claims, Qrain refunds the cost of the product itself
  • Returns may be rejected if items do not meet the above requirements

Items not eligible for a refund:

• Orders received over 30 days ago (store credit will be issued, instead)

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable)

* Book with obvious signs of use

* Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

* Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.

Exchange:

Qrain will replace damaged or defective items. If you need to exchange your item for the same product, contact us via email: admin@qrainpen.com

Defective Product Policy

If you have a quality issue to report, you can write us an email at admin@qrainpen.com and we will suggest you solutions.All purchases have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you have received it. To be eligible for a return, refund, or replacement, your item must be in the same condition you received it. Returns require the following:

  • your order number
  • your receipt or proof of purchase
  • photos of the product, if defective
  • your shipping address

Refunds （if applicable）:

We offer refund/replacement only once we have received the product. It generally takes up to 10 working days for the refund to process. Refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

How do I return my product?

Send an email to admin@qrainpen.com before you return the product. Otherwise, we will not process this return.

If the package is returned due to failure to process customs duties in time, we will charge 40% of the shipping fee

Regarding the Shipping Costs in Returns:

i. For quality-related warranty claims, Qrain is responsible for shipping costs.

ii. For non-quality related returns/exchanges, the shipping costs must be covered by the buyer.

iii. If the return is caused by the consumer, consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose.

iv. If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or not correct, and the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason.

v. No restocking fee to be charged to the consumers for the return of a product.  

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
