    LOVE

    I’m a little late to the game on bullet-journaling/lettering/drawing, etc. But something suddenly clicked last week and I realized that I needed to get better, non-bleed markers than what I currently had.

    So let’s just address the elephant in the room right away. I don’t think a 100% no-bleed marker exists. It’s just impossible. They have water which penetrates paper and it’s inevitable that some ink (especially at the beginning or end of a stroke where the ink is more concentrated) will be visible on the back of the page.

    That being said, these pens do a really good job being non-bleed most of the time. The colors are light but bright, slightly muted and not neon-highlighty which I love. I love that it’s dual-tipped, offering an angled fat side and a sharp pen-like option. They offer just the right amount of color options and hues (not too little, not too much) at a really great price point. I now understand why these are so highly rated. Just get them!!

    These are great pens. These are light colors for the most part i think they would work great in the Bible. I love the fine end it writes so smooth. I also love how you can highlight over the what’s written or write on top and can still see the words without it blending. I wish these came in more colors because they’re great. I also love the size because they’re comfortable to hold. not too big or too small. they dry fast and don’t smear for me.

    I really like the colors and the pens. I was specifically looking for a highlighter that wouldn’t smear my Pilot G2 extra fine tip — these totally do. Even after letting it dry for quite some time (and it is not smearing). Just FYI. I’m going to keep the because I like the colors and how I can write with a fine tip & a highlighter, it’s just nice to know. 🙂

If the shipping address is in the United States and choose the US warehouse, the order will be shipped from the US warehouse and it is expected to be delivered within 3-7 business days (shipping time based on the distance).

Our 30-day refund policy ensures shoppers receive their orders in perfect condition or can return them for a refund within 30 days of delivery.

Simply return your unused item(s) in its original packaging,once the returned merchandise arrives back in Qrain’s warehouse for inspection, the refund process will begin.

Refunds will be issued once the item arrives at our warehouse. The refund will be credited back using the same method as when your initial order was made. Processing time typically takes 3-7 working days.

  • Returns must include all accessories
  • Item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging
  • For non-quality related warranty claims, buyer is responsible for shipping costs
  • For non-quality related warranty claims, Qrain refunds the cost of the product itself
  • Returns may be rejected if items do not meet the above requirements

Items not eligible for a refund:

• Orders received over 30 days ago (store credit will be issued, instead)

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable)

* Book with obvious signs of use

* Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

* Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.

Exchange:

Defective Product Policy

If you have a quality issue to report, you can write us an email at admin@qrainpen.com and we will suggest you solutions.All purchases have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you have received it. To be eligible for a return, refund, or replacement, your item must be in the same condition you received it. Returns require the following:

  • your order number
  • your receipt or proof of purchase
  • photos of the product, if defective
  • your shipping address

Refunds （if applicable）:

We offer refund/replacement only once we have received the product. It generally takes up to 10 working days for the refund to process. Refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

How do I return my product?

Send an email to admin@qrainpen.com before you return the product. Otherwise, we will not process this return.

If the package is returned due to failure to process customs duties in time, we will charge 40% of the shipping fee

Regarding the Shipping Costs in Returns:

i. For quality-related warranty claims, Qrain is responsible for shipping costs.

ii. For non-quality related returns/exchanges, the shipping costs must be covered by the buyer.

iii. If the return is caused by the consumer, consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose.

iv. If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or not correct, and the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason.

v. No restocking fee to be charged to the consumers for the return of a product.  

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
